Found a bug? Report it and get a free month

The fastest way to make this tool better is for the people using it to say when it breaks. So there is a button for that now, and it pays.

Published Homeowners and pros

Where the button is

It is a small round button that floats on the page, the same shape and size as the Designer’s help button. You will only see it once you are signed in, because a report we cannot tie to an account is usually one we cannot reproduce.

Click it anywhere in the product, including in the middle of a Designer session. It does not take you off the page you are on.

What you get for it

One free month for each report that leads to a fix, credited to your account and applied once paid plans start. Not every report: the ones that turn into an actual change in the product. The total is capped at six months however many you send.

The rules are written out on the beta terms page, including what counts as a fix.

What makes a report useful

What you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead. A screenshot beats a paragraph. If you know how to make it happen again, say so, because working that out is usually the slow part on our end.

Wrong numbers are the ones we most want to hear about. If a dimension or a cut list comes out wrong, tell us the cabinet and the settings you had, not just that it looked off.
