Delete my data

If you can still sign in, the quickest way is your account settings, where you can delete the account yourself. Use this page if you cannot get in.

Ask by email

Type the email address on the account. We send a link to that address, and nothing is deleted until you open it and confirm.

We only use this to find the account and send the link.

What happens next

  1. We send one email to the address you typed.
  2. Opening the link shows you what is about to be removed. Nothing has been deleted at this point.
  3. You press the button on that page to confirm. The removal then runs on its own, without waiting for anybody here.
  4. The link works once and stops working a short time after it is sent, so an old copy of the email cannot delete an account later.

Your account and the work attached to it go from the live database straight away. Encrypted backups age out on a fixed schedule, which takes up to a week. A small number of billing and consent records are kept because the law requires it. Section 10 of the privacy policy spells all of that out, including which records those are and why.

If the email does not arrive, check the spam folder first, then write to support@bespokewoodcraftstudio.com from the address on the account.
