Understanding Simple and Pro modes

The planner has two modes. Simple shows the handful of controls most walls need; Pro opens everything. Both are included, and the switch is one click.

Simple mode

New projects open in Simple. It shows only the common controls - wall width, the cases, the layout buttons - with shop-ready defaults working quietly behind everything else. Fill wall and Place my Systainers both work in Simple, so most walls never need more.

Pro mode

Pro opens the full set: the toe kick, drawer slides, per-part materials (backs, trays, nailers), the auto-fill overflow settings (ceiling height, adding cabinets past the wall, packing order), and the fine gaps and tolerances. Nothing about Pro costs extra - it is the same tool with all the drawers open.

Switching between them

The Simple / Pro toggle sits at the top of the parameters panel. Your choice is saved with the project, so it opens the way you left it. Switching is always safe: Simple only hides the advanced controls, it never resets them, so a setting you made in Pro keeps working when you switch back to Simple.
